Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Admin Executive at MicroMitti. The HR Admin Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department while also managing front desk operations and providing excellent customer service to our clients and visitors. 

Key Responsibilities

HR Administrative Support:

  • Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and maintaining recruitment records.
  • Manage employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and orientation materials.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed, such as employee engagement activities and training programs.

Front Desk Operations:

  • Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including distribution and tracking.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, conferences, and appointments, coordinating logistics as necessary.
  • Respond to general inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate information and assistance.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees as needed.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination for company meetings, conferences, and special events.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or HR is a plus.
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive and resourceful with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
