Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager at MicroMitti. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive growth. You will play a crucial role in managing our social media channels, creating compelling content, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our social media efforts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, highly creative, and adept at developing and executing engaging content strategies across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with the company’s brand identity, target audience, and business objectives.
  • Plan and schedule social media content calendars, including posts, stories, videos, and other multimedia assets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather content ideas, assets, and insights to support social media initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize company profiles and pages on key social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement, mentions, and comments, and respond promptly to inquiries and comments from users.
  • Stay informed about platform updates, trends, and best practices to maximize organic reach and engagement.
  • Foster and nurture relationships with followers, fans, and influencers within the fintech and proptech communities.
  • Initiate and participate in conversations, discussions, and engagements to build brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and topics to identify opportunities for real-time engagement and content creation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field; additional certifications in social media management or digital marketing are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role, preferably within the fintech, proptech, or related industries.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Strong creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to develop engaging content that drives brand awareness and engagement.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and adaptable team player.
