Role Description

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies. This role requires expertise in PPC (Pay-Per-Click), paid marketing, social media, content marketing, and analytics to maximize brand visibility and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development and Implementation:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Plan and manage all digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, paid social media, display advertising and email marketing.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of digital content across all channels.

PPC and Paid Marketing:

  • Strategize, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media.
  • Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and manage bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet KPIs and goals.

Social Media and Email Marketing:

  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
  • Analyze social media and email marketing metrics to optimize performance.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report on website traffic, campaign performance, and user behavior.
  • Generate regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and ROI.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed marketing decisions and adjustments.

Team Collaboration and Management:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, and development, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC and paid marketing.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of PPC, paid social media, content marketing, and web analytics.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
