About MicroMitti
MicroMitti is India’s first co-investment PropTech platform, founded in 2024 and headquartered in Indore. Unlike fractional-ownership models, MicroMitti deploys its own capital alongside its investors into whole, undivided land and development assets — keeping the company’s skin in the game on every deal and aligning its returns directly with those of the everyday investor. With ₹90 crore raised, a 90+ member team, and landmark projects including Cyber City (an IT Park on Indore’s Super Corridor), The Selene, and Madhuvan, MicroMitti is closing the trust gap in real estate and democratizing institutional-grade property investment across Tier 2 and Tier 3 Bharat.

Department: Finance | Location: Indore | Reporting to: Founder & CEO
This is not a traditional controller-CFO. This role is MicroMitti’s capital and investor leader — the external face to HNIs, family offices, and institutional / PE investors. Day-to-day accounting, controls, MIS, and compliance sit with the Head of Finance (Role 6), who partners closely with the CFO.
Role Overview
The Chief Financial Officer is MicroMitti’s capital architect and investor front-face. This person speaks MicroMitti’s investment language fluently — able to articulate the co-investment, skin-in-the-game thesis to sophisticated capital with conviction and numbers — and carries the relationships and credibility to raise, structure, and steward capital from HNIs, family offices, and institutional and PE investors. It is a hands-on dealmaking and investor-relations role: building the investor network, leading raises with genuine command of fundraising nuance, structuring co-investment vehicles, and being the trusted face MicroMitti’s investors rely on.
Why this role matters now: MicroMitti’s model only scales on the strength of investor trust and the quality of capital behind it. This role exists to own that capital relationship at the highest level — someone who can sit across from a family office or PE fund and speak their language while representing MicroMitti’s thesis.
Key Responsibility Areas
Capital Strategy & Fundraising
- Lead end-to-end fundraising across PE funds, family offices, HNI/UHNI networks, and institutional investors — identification, outreach, pitch, diligence, term-sheet negotiation, and closure.
- Bring genuine command of fundraising nuance: deal structuring, valuation, term-sheet mechanics, investor rights, and closing across different market cycles.
- Build and manage a live pipeline of capital relationships aligned to MicroMitti’s expansion and deployment plans.
Investor Relations & Front-Face
- Serve as the primary, trusted relationship owner for HNIs, family offices, and institutional investors.
- Own investor communication, updates, and the reporting cadence — translating clean numbers from the Head of Finance into compelling, transparent investor narratives.
- Represent MicroMitti in investor forums, roadshows, and capital-market conversations; protect and build the trust proposition.
Investment Structuring
- Structure co-investment vehicles, SPVs, and capital instruments aligned to MicroMitti’s whole-asset, skin-in-the-game model.
- Lead financial modeling, valuation, IRR/ROI analysis, and feasibility for capital and deal decisions.
- Evaluate acquisition, partnership, and co-investment opportunities from a capital-returns lens.
Strategic Advisory
- Act as capital and investment advisor to the CEO and board on deal, structuring, and growth decisions.
- Partner with the Head of Finance — who owns reporting integrity and controls — so every investor-facing number rests on an audit-grade foundation.
Qualification
- CA, CFA, or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution; strong commercial and capital-markets grounding.
Experience
- 12–18 years in private equity, investment banking, fund / capital raising, or corporate finance, with a proven record of closing large investment deals.
- Hands-on PE experience and demonstrated command of fundraising nuance are essential.
- Established, warm network across family offices, HNIs/UHNIs, and institutional investors.
- Real-estate, infrastructure, or PropTech investment exposure is a strong advantage.
Core Skills
- Fundraising and deal-making · Investor relations and front-facing gravitas · Capital and SPV structuring · Financial modeling and valuation · Negotiation · Fluency in MicroMitti’s co-investment thesis.
